Foundation Course
(basic course) – Why is it necessary?
The basic course is necessary for both the member and the trainer.
The basic course offers the customer four individual or small group lessons. group with no more than 3 athletes per group learning the training sessions and terminology.
The basic course is used by the trainer to learn more about the athletes’ abilities, limitations and goals.
WOD
Work Out of the Day – Training session of the day, se consists of a warm-up, a skill and/or a strength followed by a very intense session with various movements over a period of tomorrow and every day is a different day.
Weightlifting
An hour devoted to Olympic movements Snatch and Clean & Jerk weightlifting.
Open Gym
Free access to training without the structure of a course. A Coach will not teach, but will always be on hand to answer any questions.
Packaging
An hour dedicated to improving your stamina your respiratory capacity and muscular endurance.
Gymnastics
One hour devoted to body weight movements which works on physical agility, coordination and strength involving exercises on bars and floor.
