Why Yoga ?
Yoga is an excellent complement to functional training and endurance sports. It improves mobility, prevents injuries, strengthens posture and supports both physical and mental recovery. At CrossFit Opportunity, yoga is part of a holistic approach to performance and well-being, accessible to all levels.
Yoga helps improve flexibility, joint stability, breathing and focus — all essential qualities for long-term progress in any sport.
It also helps relieve muscular tension, enhance recovery and improve body awareness.

WOD
Work Out of the Day – Training session of the day, se consists of a warm-up, a skill and/or a strength followed by a very intense session with various movements over a period of tomorrow and every day is a different day.

Weightlifting
An hour devoted to Olympic movements Snatch and Clean & Jerk weightlifting.

Open Gym
Free access to training without the structure of a course. A Coach will not teach, but will always be on hand to answer any questions.

Conditioning
An hour dedicated to improving your stamina your respiratory capacity and muscular endurance.

Hyrox
HYROX requires strong cardiovascular capacity as well as power, muscular endurance and efficiency during transitions.

Gymnastics
One hour devoted to body weight movements which works on physical agility, coordination and strength involving exercises on bars and floor.
